Our vision for Twigs was to:

1. make Twigs a quarterly
2. produce the magazine on the computer
3. Include the same sorts of content as the original Twigs
4. Pass around editorial responsibilities as was done originally
5. Use a format similar to the parts we liked best of the original Twigs. This will include:
   • A calendar showing upcoming events--birthdays, holidays, gatherings, celebrations, performances, projects, moving dates, school dates, new jobs etc.
   • Last Quarter's Doings listing happenings from the previous 3 months. For the current issue, this means summer happenings (June 21-Sept 20, 1999). Let's make the quarters coincide with the seasons, starting with the solstices and equinoxes.
   • Letters to and from the editor, as well as other letters (real or made up)
   • A variety of contributions from family members that show in one way or another what they've been feeling, doing, making, or thinking about during the last season.
